You discuss possible care assignments with caregivers and support them with transitions and emergencies.

You independently manage your caregiver base and act as their main point of contact throughout their assignment.

You maintain regular contact with caregivers and conduct satisfaction surveys regarding the families they assist.

You provide best practices for conflict resolution to caregivers.

You collaborate closely with our international teams.

To continuously improve internal processes and customer experience, you provide constructive feedback based on your experiences.

If you work remotely, you need to have previous experience as a recruiter or account manager for live in caregivers

If you want to work in one of our offices, you ideally have initial experience in account management, customer support, sales, or live in care.

You enjoy making phone calls, and with your friendly demeanor, you easily convince caregivers to join marta.

You are known for your personable, open, and communicative personality.

You have a winner’s mentality: You are ready to learn quickly, push things forward, and go the extra mile for yourself and your team.

You speak Bulgarian fluently (C2) and either good English or German.

Experience with systems like Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot is an additional advantage.
